Do you recruit or supply domestic staff?
HomeVerify is focused on background screening. You nominate the candidate you are considering; the verification report supports your hiring decision. Staff recruitment and placement are not part of this preview.
Does verification guarantee someone is safe?
No. A report describes the checks completed, sources consulted, discrepancies and limitations. It cannot guarantee future behaviour or safety.
Does the candidate need to authorise the checks?
Yes. The submission process asks for candidate authorisation. Explain the checks and intended use of the report before submitting personal details or documents.
Can I track the verification?
The client portal shows each case and the status of its checks. Reports appear when the agency has resolved the checklist and published the findings.
How long do checks take?
Timing depends on the checks requested, document completeness, source availability and field visits. The agency should confirm scope and expected turnaround before work starts.
